A kurta is a Persian style of dressing which has been incorporated into the Indian tradition with its own unique elements. Kurta is a loose fitting and comfortable garment worn by both male and females in India. Kurtis on the other hand are well fitted and usually end a little above the knees. Worn best with comfortable loose pyjamas, churidar pants, jeans or even leggings, they are the most versatile piece of clothing.

     Any missy will agree that hair removal is a pain in the a$$! If only hair grew where it was supposed to as well as it did in the places it is not wanted...life would be fine!!! Am I right? Or am I right??? Hoping to find some amazeball products that would help to eradicate this plague on womankind (ok maybe a tad over dramatic :P) I placed an order for the Memebox waxing special box. Like I mention in the video I was hoping it to be a hair removal box as opposed to a waxing only especially since I'm mad allergic to it! Not only does the tugging irritate my skin but to top it off I'm allergic to heat and end up breaking out into a rash at the mere suggestion of it...sigh!

     I don't know it happened?!? I was caught completely unaware...I cant believe I'm seeing such a day where I am willingly admitting that I...have...started...liking...matte lippies :O Ok that was a load and a half to get off :P But I blame it entirely on my friends and their ardent worship of matte colors. I was pulled in hook, line and sinker into an unknown world like a gullible guppy :D Lol! But on a serious note I have begun to appreciate matte colors and the advantages they offer.      Hello lovely people! Surprised to see no title image?!? Well today I have something very different and special for you :) I have created my first infographic! In it I have covered some basics of hot oil treatment for your hair like the benefits, different ways of doing it and finally some tips to help you along and make it more beneficial. It took me quite sometime to make it but in the end I was very excited to do something so creative. I hope you guys like it...here it goes!

     Everyone talks about the rich culture and heritage of India...from the different art forms to textiles to a million other things that signify it. But none illustrates this statement better than the cuisine of our country. A distance of a few kilometers will see quite a change in the ingredients being used or even the method of preparation. I was not aware how many different tastes can emerge from the same area until I attended the Khad Khazana festival at ITC Sonar. Like a whole lot of people I assumed that the food would be more or less uniform coming from a particular region. Boy was I wrong :) Very thankful to the PR of the chain for extending me this invitation.

     Can you believe it is September already?!? Time has literally flown in the blink of an eye...I cant believe that within a matter of few weeks Durga puja will be here and with it the promise of a new year. 2014 has been quite rich and rewarding so far (touch wood) and I can only hope it spills into the coming year. By the blessings of the Goddess, I'm sure there will be a lot to look forward too in everyone's lives. A few days back I shared with you my experience with a new salon.      Hmm...when given a choice between goofy and straight laced one should go with goofy right? Tickles a person's funny bone and has more appeal...well at least that's what I tried to tell myself when I decided to use this picture :D If I scared the bejeezus outta you then I apologize :) If I managed even a smirk for my silliness I consider it a job well done! Well back to topic...I have been on a complete maniacal spree to finish up the stuff on my vanity. And really by the end of it you start to loose it a little. Just when you think that the next use would be the last and you will finally be done with it...it just surprises you and lasts for a use or two more. Really those last few drops keep mocking you and when it finally....finally calls it quits....you are just left staring at it like a maniac...coz you were sure that it would last one more use...
