Lakme Absolute Sculpt Studio Matte Lipsticks

     Lakme Fashion Week is here and with it Lakme is launching 15 new lip shades! It is all about the sculpted look and after the sculpted face and eyes have created such a storm it is time for sculpted lips to be the next talk of town. In collaboration with Anamika Khanna, who is the grand finale designer, a mini unveiling was organized for bloggers and the media at the designer's store in Kolkata. We got a chance to try out 7 shades from the collection and also see the work-in-progress models of Anamika's collection.

     Today I present to you something very interesting that I spotted on the International blogsphere - L'Oreal Color Riche Nails a Porter. What are these? - They are a set of false nails. What is so exciting about them? - Well for a start they are supposed to be soft and flexible thus bending easily with the actual nail so that they don't feel alien. They are supposed to have a rubbery feel to them.

     Hello! I got a chance to attend the first ever beauty blogger event held here in Kolkata. It was the launch of The Body Shop's new Cool BB Cream from their very popular Vitamin E line. Dolon from Pout Pretty first told me about it and then I got an invite from the PR of the company. Finally we had our very own beauty related event.

     Ok these are just super cute! Such pretty colors and there are 2 variants available in it - regular and with sparkles. They have a sugar like finish where it looks like you have sprinkled colored ones on your nails. Cashing in on the whole textured trend this is one of the many interesting finishes launched by the brand. And it is a LE collection (boo!).

     I came across the most interesting thing while surfing a site. China Glaze has recently launched a nail polish range called Tranzitions. Given the current trend of nail art and growing love/craze for it among the population China Glaze has introduced this interesting formula. How does it work? 

     Continuing on the Archie's Girls haul today I present to you some of the lipglosses I picked up from the line. I bought 3 out of the 6 that are there - Strawberry Malt, Mall Madness and Kiss & Dont Tell. There are 3 in the Betty line and 3 in Veronica one. I felt that the Betty ones were quite pale when I saw the swatches online and only one appealed to me. I liked the colors in the Veronica one better so ended up picking 2 from there. The last one seemed too dark for my taste. Paid 15 pounds each (approx Rs. 1237/-) for 4.8 gms of product.
